Job Description Job Description Local Dallas, TX staffing firm is seeing a Bilingual Admin./Recruiter who has experience in staffing-Day Labor Construction/Warehousing industry, preferably with skilled trades, day labor, and Light industrial fields. Pay: $20 per hour based on experience Hours of Operation: 5:30am to 1:30pm - Must be flexible depending on workload. Some days start time will be 8:00am to 5pm. - Must have prior staffing experience working with a staffing agency and DAY LABOR in recruitment, preferably construction/skilled trades/light industrial/manufacturing - Must be able to start :30am or 8am depending on day labor needs and work an 8-hour shift. Must be flexible. - Must be able to make sales calls via phone and in person and stay late to fill positions - Must be available to do check ins as needed and be very punctual regarding time management, responding to emails, temp to hire employees, and clients - Must be able to communicate promptly with management and customers, via phone, email, and text message by multitasking - Must be available to take calls on the weekend or fill orders as needed -Must be able to utilize excel spreadsheets, navigate through internal system for data entry - We utilize staffing software and prefer an individual with this experience (will train) - Must have a sense of urgency filling orders, speaking to clients and communicating information - Must be a team player, structured, and organized -Must be able to take on responsibilities of the office as a leader when the manager is in the field - Must have a positive eager and friendly demeaner while in the office If this is you, please APPLY NOW!
