About Us Café Spice is a growing, multi-site food manufacturer producing ready-to-eat meals for national retail and foodservice customers. We are seeking an experienced Second Shift Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing operations in a fast-paced food production facility. This role is responsible for supervising production employees, ensuring schedules are met, maintaining food safety and quality standards, and driving efficiency on the production floor Position Summary The Production Supervisor is responsible to ensure all manufacturing goes smoothly and efficiently by closely monitoring how employees organize their workflows. Key Responsibilities Supervise production employees and daily manufacturing activities Ensure production schedules and output goals are met Monitor attendance, tardiness, overtime, and staffing levels Enforce all safety, GMP, and food safety requirements Train, coach, and develop Leads and production employees Provide performance feedback and complete evaluations Create and manage staffing schedules Monitor labor usage to control overtime and temporary labor costs Lead problem-solving and continuous improvement efforts Maintain production reports including labor, waste, downtime, and material usage Initiate and follow up on work orders as needed Maintain employee training records Ensure compliance with quality, sanitation, and safety standards Perform and document required food safety and quality checks Work with QA, Maintenance, Sanitation, and other departments to resolve issues Qualifications Minimum 4 years of experience in food manufacturing in a supervisory or lead role Strong leadership and team management skills Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment Experience managing employee schedules and performance Knowledge of GMP, food safety, and production processes Microsoft Office experience required (Excel, Word, Outlook) ERP system experience preferred Strong communication skills Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines Why Join Café Spice Competitive compensation and benefits 401(k) with company participation Paid time off and holiday pay Stable, growing food manufacturing company Opportunities for career growth and advancement Team-oriented work environment Fast-paced and dynamic production facility Compensation details: 0 Yearly Salary PId269128ed5-

Job Description We are seeking a skilled and reliable Boiler Technician to join our maintenance team in a fast-paced food manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of boiler systems that support production. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-focused, and experienced in maintaining industrial steam systems. Responsibilities Operate, monitor, and maintain boilers and steam systems to ensure optimal performance Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on boilers, pumps, valves, and piping systems Troubleshoot mechanical and basic electrical issues related to boiler operations Monitor system readings including pressure, temperature, and fuel usage Maintain proper water treatment and chemical levels Respond quickly to alarms, malfunctions, or emergencies Work closely with production teams to ensure uninterrupted steam supply Maintain accurate logs, reports, and maintenance records Support installation and upgrades of boiler and utility systems Food Safety & Compliance Follow all GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and food safety standards Ensure operations do not impact product safety or quality Maintain a clean and organized work environment Participate in audits as needed Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Technical training or certification in boiler operation preferred 2+ years of experience with industrial boilers (food manufacturing experience a plus) Boiler Operator License (preferred) Skills Strong knowledge of steam systems and mechanical equipment Basic electrical troubleshooting skills Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical manuals Strong problem-solving and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Why Join Us?
