Configures, maintains, and troubleshoots physical and virtual servers and server environments for the purpose of ensuring reliable network services. Directs the repair and maintenance of computer equipment, network software and hardware for the purpose of upgrading and maintaining equipment and software. Responds to inquiries from Puget Sound ESD staff for the purpose of providing information and/or direction as may be required.
