What will do you as an Assistant Store Manager? Provide customers with professional and educated recommendations on tire purchases as well as repair and maintenance needs Recruit, evaluate, train and lead a team that is committed to executing outstanding work and providing exceptional customer service Be familiar with, adhere to, and enforce company policies and procedures Adherence to legal guidelines, including such things as OSHA requirements, price changes, etc. Maintain strong communication between store and all support departments Ensure execution of all inventory and operational standards, parts ordering Strong customer service skills Maintain current knowledge of changes and additions to our product lines, service and sales techniques and mandated awareness program.
