Certified Manager of Maintenance (CMM) designee or possess the ability to obtain the designation within one (1) years' time. Mechanical aptitude with a minimum of two (2) years maintenance trade experience. All applicable certifications must be obtained within the first year of employment. Good human relation skills, ability to effectively supervise maintenance staff. Ability to drive a golf cart. Ability to organize and problem-solve effectively. Ability to exercise good judgment and self-control. Current driver's license and good driving record. Have proper transportation available for carrying out requested work on a timely basis. Enthusiasm, good attitude, trustworthiness, personal integrity, and honesty. Be available to report to work during inclement weather events and emergencies. Physical Functions Bending, kneeling, stretching, climbing stairs and ladders, squatting, lifting up to sixty (60) pounds, running and lifting over sixty (60) pounds occasionally.
