Job Description Job Description Location: Midland, TX Salary: $80,000 - $85,000 + bonus and relocation assistance Benefits: $5,000 in relocation / MDV / 401(k) + 2% employer match Private member-owned club looking for a fine dining Chef de Cuisine to join their team What You'll Do: Assist the Executive Chef with daily kitchen operations Lead and motivate culinary team members during service Maintain high standards for food quality, presentation, and consistency Manage inventory, ordering, food cost controls, and kitchen organization Ensure sanitation, safety, and health standards are consistently followed Help develop seasonal menus, specials, and culinary initiatives Train and mentor line cooks and prep staff Step into leadership responsibilities in the Executive Chef's absence What We're Looking For: 3+ years of Sous Chef experience in a high-volume restaurant, hotel, resort, or upscale dining environment Strong leadership and communication skills Passion for culinary excellence and team development Experience managing food and labor costs Ability to thrive under pressure while maintaining attention to detail Stable work history and career progression preferred Culinary degree is a plus, but not required.
