Position Summary The Delivery Driver (Non-CDL) is responsible for safely operating straight trucks or box trucks to deliver windows, doors, and related materials to residential and commercial job sites or directly to customers. This position requires hands-on unloading of freight, careful handling of fragile materials, and strong customer service skills. This position is designated as Safety-Sensitive due to the operation of commercial vehicles and handling of heavy materials. Compensation & Benefits (Minnesota Pay Transparency Compliant) Hourly Pay Range: $18-$24 per hour This pay range represents the Company's good-faith estimate of compensation for this position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will depend on experience, qualifications, and skills. Overtime: Overtime paid at 1.5 times regular rate for hours worked over 40 in a workweek.
