Job Description Job Description Senior Loan Processor - Non-Delegated Conventional & VA Loans Location: Litchfield Park Area, AZ Schedule: Full-Time, In-Office Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior Loan Processor to independently manage conventional and VA mortgage loans from application through Clear to Close in a non-delegated lending environment. This is not an entry-level or junior processing position. Candidates must have substantial experience with non-delegated lending, VA loan processing, underwriting condition review, and managing a high-volume pipeline with minimal supervision. Required Experience To be considered, candidates must have: • At least 5 years of mortgage loan processing experience • Recent experience processing non-delegated mortgage loans • Experience independently processing VA loans from application through Clear to Close • Experience managing a pipeline of 18-22 active mortgage loans simultaneously • Experience reviewing, collecting, and clearing underwriting conditions without direct supervision • Strong understanding of investor guidelines and non-delegated underwriting requirements • Experience with conventional and VA purchase transactions • Ability to work full-time in-office and commute daily to the Litchfield Park area Key Responsibilities • Manage conventional and VA loan files from application through Clear to Close • Review loan documentation for completeness, accuracy, and investor compliance • Submit files to underwriting and proactively address potential issues before submission • Review underwriting approvals and independently clear conditions • Maintain accurate loan status updates and pipeline reporting • Coordinate with loan officers, underwriters, title companies, and borrowers throughout the loan process • Track deadlines and ensure loans close on time • Maintain compliance with all lender, investor, and regulatory requirements Preferred Experience • ARIVE LOS experience • DU, LP, and GUS experience • Strong knowledge of VA eligibility, COE requirements, appraisals, and underwriting guidelines • Experience with CD balancing and closing coordination • Experience in a purchase-heavy mortgage environment Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is a highly organized processor who can independently manage a large pipeline, proactively identify issues before underwriting, communicate effectively with all parties, and consistently deliver clean, accurate files. Compensation $60,000 - $70,000 annually, depending on experience.
