GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION - Will be responsible for performing accurate troubleshooting & diagnosing, timely repairs, and component installation on all models of Masaba equipment to ensure proper factory specification and correct system operation - This position will require the technician to work in the field and well as in Masaba manufacturing facilities - Provides technical support over phone, email, and text to customers on maintenance and operational issues - Must be willing to work out of town, overtime, and weekends and needed - Hold follow up meeting with required personnel to discuss engineering changes and upgrades - Assist with final equipment inspections to ensure MASABA quality goals are met - Assist with continuous improvement of department processes WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS - Must be able to work safely with minimal supervision while on customer sites and in the Masaba manufacturing facilities - Must be coachable, able to take direction, take initiative and follow through to completion - Must be willing to learn and improve skill level for future advancement - Attention to detail and conscientious nature - Strong sense of urgency along with customer service and verbal communication skills - Strong mechanical, electrical, and hydraulics system reasoning skills - Good judgment and strong critical thinking skills - Valid driver's license with good driving record - Must be able to obtain and maintain a passport - Must be able to obtain and maintain MSHA certification - Ability to work independently and with self-motivation - Must be able to communicate clearly in English - Ability to work standing on hard surface (e.g. concrete) for long periods of time in hot or cold environment - Must be able to read and interpret basic electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic blueprints - Must be able to perform basic shop math functions and use standard measuring devices - Ability to work with hand tools - Ability to work at heights including utilizing ladders and manlifts - Ability of hands to grasp and manipulate small objects/tools - Lift and carry up to fifty pounds and crawl in tight spaces - Ability to work at high elevation - Computer application literacy including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excell, etc.) and ability to learn internal business system Compensation details: 28-42 Hourly Wage PIc5f25a37fc45-6533

GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION Responsible for managing facility repairs and maintenance (performing major and minor repairs of all buildings) Ensures a clean and safe environment and can perform routine safety checks on equipment, devices and tools Performs routine/preventative maintenance on facility equipment (compressors, blast, paint, scales, cranes, FLT's, Loaders, etc.) Documenting/tracking of maintenance on facility equipment (compressors, loaders, forklifts, etc.) Ability to perform minor electrical repairs and maintenance on building and equipment Ability to perform HVAC and plumbing repairs and maintenance on building and equipment Wage is negotiable and DOE/Q.
