Job Summary The Manager, Partner Sales is responsible for leading and scaling the Business Development Representative (BDR) function while designing and optimizing the technology and systems that power outbound prospecting and partner acquisition. This role focuses on building a modern outbound lead generation infrastructure that supports scalable prospecting, automation, and data-driven targeting. The Manager will oversee BDR performance, implement AI-driven prospecting tools, and develop workflows that connect lead sourcing, enrichment, qualification, and outreach execution. The ideal candidate combines strong sales leadership with technical expertise in modern prospecting technology, automation tools, and outbound infrastructure. This individual will work cross-functionally with Marketing, Business Development, and Operations to continuously improve lead quality, outreach performance, and pipeline generation. Requirements: Responsibilities and Duties Lead Generation Technology & Infrastructure Own and optimize the outbound prospecting technology stack including sourcing platforms, enrichment tools, sequencing platforms, and CRM integrations Implement and manage AI-driven prospecting tools, automation workflows, and emerging outbound technologies Build scalable systems connecting lead sourcing, enrichment, qualification, and outbound outreach execution Continuously evaluate new sales technologies that improve prospect targeting, automation, and lead generation performance Improve lead quality through enhanced data enrichment, filtering, and scoring methodologies Outbound Prospecting Strategy Design and refine multi-channel outbound prospecting strategies including email, phone, and other emerging outreach channels Develop scalable prospecting workflows and automation processes to increase efficiency and outreach volume Optimize prospect targeting using firmographic, technographic, behavioral, and industry data signals Continuously test and refine targeting criteria, messaging strategies, and outbound sequences to improve engagement and conversion BDR Team Leadership & Performance Management Lead and develop a team of Business Development Representatives executing outbound prospecting campaigns Set, track, and manage daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics including activity levels, meeting generation, and pipeline creation Provide coaching and guidance on modern prospecting techniques, technology tools, and data-driven outreach methods Conduct call reviews, performance evaluations, and coaching sessions to improve BDR effectiveness and productivity Establish clear outbound processes, productivity standards, and accountability across the BDR team Data Analytics & Pipeline Optimization Track and analyze outbound funnel performance including lead quality, outreach conversion rates, and pipeline generation metrics Develop reporting frameworks to monitor campaign performance and prospecting effectiveness Identify opportunities to improve targeting, automation workflows, and lead qualification processes Partner with Sales and Marketing leadership to align outbound prospecting strategies with overall revenue goals Skills / Competencies Strong leadership and people management skills Strong technical aptitude and ability to adopt modern prospecting technologies and automation tools Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze outreach performance and pipeline metrics Experience designing scalable outbound prospecting workflows and systems Excellent coaching, mentoring, and performance management capabilities Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to collaborate cross-functionally across Sales, Marketing, and Operations High sense of ownership and accountability with a focus on continuous improvement Qualifications / Experience Required 3-7+ years of experience in sales development, outbound lead generation, or growth roles Experience managing BDR or sales development teams Hands-on experience with modern prospecting technology stacks and outbound automation tools Experience working with CRM systems and sales engagement platforms Strong analytical skills with experience optimizing outreach workflows and targeting strategies Preferred Qualifications Experience using AI-driven prospecting tools or automation platforms for lead sourcing and outreach Familiarity with enrichment platforms, data APIs, and workflow automation tools Experience integrating multiple data sources into outbound prospecting systems Experience in B2B sales environments or partner / agent recruitment models Experience in the payments or fintech industry is a plus What Success Looks Like Increased volume and quality of qualified outbound leads Automated lead sourcing and enrichment workflows Improved outbound conversion rates to meetings and pipeline opportunities A highly productive BDR team operating within a scalable outbound prospecting system Payarc LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer. This position will perform all technical support and customer service activities for partners and merchant clients including; professional communication, troubleshooting technical issues related to payment authorizations, batching, clearing, and settlement remote technical support for various payment terminals and payment gateways, along with assisting other customer service functions and triaging issues between other company departments. This position will report directly to the Client Engagement Manager. Requirements: Responsibilities & Duties Independently assist merchants/agents with any issues that arise, including questions regarding authorizations, batches, clearing, settlement, deposits analysis within company proprietary software, the TSYS and Fiserv platform, and a dozen other 3rd party applications. Build gateway profiles to enable merchants to accept credit cards through an EMV payment terminals and card not present method using their knowledge of the business to determine the correct program as well as appropriate encryption keys Use critical thinking skills to troubleshoot technical issues by researching issues using the knowledge learned during training and on the job expertise to determine the root cause of the issue Work independently and within the team to collaborate and solve various technical issues throughout the day Provide expertise customer service to existing clients over the phone and email Train merchants on using payment applications (EMV and Virtual Gateways) and company software platforms (CurvPOS and Curv Payment Gateway) Guide merchants through PCI compliance program Understand activities and duties of all company departments and use this knowledge to resolve technical issues Show initiative and take lead over new projects that are assigned to the support team, some examples of this include application of new pricing updates for merchants, new terminal software updates and updating PCI information for all merchants Other duties as assigned.
