The Quality Assurance Coordinator works in a fast-paced, mission-oriented and data-driven environment where people receiving services and with lived-experience are at the center of the work. The incumbent will need to have the ability to work independently while also being proficient at teamwork and collaborating effectively with a myriad of departments and staff of varying levels - all dictated by a range of rules, standards, and ethical consideration. In this role, you will be one of the faces representing the Quality Assurance department, which requires a high level of professionalism, subject-area proficiency, and flexibility with everyday tasks. You will cultivate a balance between data collection and analysis, training and development, and compliance versus quality enhancement. This is represented as managing multiple high-level projects at once and having the opportunity to hone your skills in a wide range of Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) areas in a nonprofit space. Generate reports to communicate findings and progress to management and relevant stakeholders.
