Skill Set Proven supervisory or leadership experience in a manufacturing, construction, or mill shop environment. Strong technical knowledge of millwork equipment and fabrication tools (e.g., table saws, planers, bandsaws). Familiarity with sheet metal fabrication and working with lumber or building materials. Excellent understanding of measurements and geometry; ability to read technical drawings and specifications. Solid math skills (fractions, decimals, measurements). Strong interpersonal skills - ability to lead by example and motivate a team. Safety-first mindset, with a track record of maintaining or improving workplace safety standards. Detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. 3+ years in a supervisory role within a production or fabrication environment. OSHA certification or formal safety training is a plus Forklift certification is a plus.
