We're looking for a skilled hands-on technician who thrives in a production/manufacturing environment. If you're the go-to person for mechanical problems on the production floor - we want to talk to you! This position is ideal for someone who: Can troubleshoot and repair plating, mechanical, and industrial manufacturing equipment. Has working knowledge of electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, welding, and general mechanical systems. Enjoys rolling up their sleeves to diagnose issues on pumps, motors, conveyors, controls, HVAC, and more. Takes ownership in keeping production lines running. Perform preventative maintenance on mechanical/electrical systems. Use schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals to identify faults Install new machinery or relocate equipment. Ensure LOTO (Lockout/Tagout) and safety compliance at all times. Keep accurate logs of all repairs and maintenance work. Occasionally respond to after-hours or weekend needs (rare, but possible) What You Need To Succeed 2-5 years of experience in manufacturing/production maintenance Welding experience Familiarity with pumps, motors, fans, power tools, meters, PLC basics Knowledge of electrical (120V, 240V, 480V), pneumatics, hydraulics Ability to work independently and with urgency Reliable attendance US Citizenship or work authorization HS diploma or GED Bonus if you have: Forklift experience, wastewater systems knowledge, plating line familiarity Working Conditions Industrial warehouse (heat, humidity, noise, physical demands) On your feet, climbing ladders, lifting equipment, etc. Safety-first environment Why Join Us?
