Maintain clear and concise jobsite documentation to support timely resolution of service requests. Manage and maintain company-issued assets (tools, phone, computer/notepad). Ensure personal safety, maintain a clean and safe jobsite, and present a professional appearance. You're a good fit if you have (or if you can): Completion of a trade or certification program in a related field preferred. Strong communication skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction. Job Description Job Overview: Marvin Composites is hiring a Shift Supervisor at our Fargo, ND location. In this role you'll lead a production shift within our manufacturing plant and help build a culture grounded in safety, accountability, and results. You'll create an environment where associates are developed and supported while ensuring operations run efficiently and stay on schedule. This is a hands-on leadership position where you'll stay connected to the production floor, coaching associates, assigning work, and adjusting priorities as needs change. Success comes from building a strong team and delivering results across key metrics such as quality, productivity, and retention.
