Opportunity: Physician - Gastroenterology Job Details: • Schedule: Monday-Friday 7am-4:30pm with 24-hour weekend call (no weekday night call) • ERCP experience is REQUIRED • Provide endoscopy coverage and consults between 7am-4:30pm • Manage approximately 18 outpatients and 20 inpatient scopes per day • Work alongside supportive team of 2 physicians and 2 APPs • Must be Board Certified in Gastroenterology • Active Michigan license required • ACLS certification required • COVID Vaccine required • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience post-fellowship • Clean background with no actions required (minimum malpractice is acceptable) • Multiple open dates available from January through March 2026 • EMR system: Cerner • Local candidates preferred or IMLC license eligible Compensation: Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.

Opportunity: Advanced Practice - Multiple provider types accepted including Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner with specialization in Family Practice, Acute Care, Emergency Medicine, or Urgent Care Job Details: • Float position covering Charlotte, NC area/region centers including Concord, Harrisburg, Salisbury, and Charlotte locations • Treat both adult and pediatric patients (6 months and older) in a high-volume urgent care setting • Manage approximately 40 patient encounters per shift (up to 60 depending on location) • Perform minor procedures including I&D, laceration repair, ear irrigation, and other basic urgent care procedures • Must be proficient with EPIC electronic medical record system • Serve as the sole provider in the center with support staff available • Strong interpersonal skills required as you'll work one-on-one with support staff and patients • Must have at least 12 months of urgent care or relevant clinical experience • Board certification required (NCCPA for PAs, appropriate NP boards) • Current BLS certification and NC DEA license required • No call requirements • Supervising physician provided for APPs (offsite) • Must complete required EMR training and onboarding prior to first solo shift • Training occurs on set Wednesdays and participation is mandatory • North Carolina license required • Not eligible for travel reimbursement, mileage only within 60-mile radius of residence Compensation: Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
