About the Position We are looking for a Human Resources Specialist III / Recruitment to join our team at our Administrative Office in Medford, Oregon! The Human Resources Specialist III / Recruitment will create and maintain job postings in ADP on-line application system. They will screen candidates by reviewing resume and job applications and performing phone screenings. About the Position We are looking for a Residential Administrator to provide daily managerial oversight of Fairview Firs SRTF in Fairview, Oregon. The Residential Administrator is responsible for the overall operations and success of the program and must be able to coordinate and maintain a professional relationship with ColumbiaCare employees, the State of Oregon, and other professional agencies providing services. The Residential Administrator is also responsible for maintaining up-to-date personnel, client, and program records, including the accounting of client and facility funds, training and activity records, and medical and health supports. The Residential Administrator supervises and evaluates staff and is responsible for staff scheduling to ensure adequate client supervision and support. They must be knowledgeable about personnel policies, OAR, and the applicable rules and standards of other regulatory agencies such as OSHA. Work is primarily performed at the program, but administrators must be accessible by phone for emergency purposes. This position is required to be on call at times, which can include working weekends and some overtime and overnight shifts if there is a business need. Vocational Training Program For applicants starting as a QMHA-R, ColumbiaCare offers a Vocational Training Program to accelerate the training, on-the-job experiential learning, and testing preparation for qualified employees to achieve the 1000 supervised hours required to complete their certification as a QMHA-I. Through this program, this certification can be achieved in as little as 6 months. This is an optional program. Work Schedule: Sunday through Thursday, 8:30am - 5:00pm (Full Time, Day). This position requires on-call availability based on program needs. What You'll Make $6,000 - $7,000 per month DOE/Credentials. About the Program Fairview Firs is a secure, co-ed, 4-bed program serving adults living with a mental illness who may have exceptional medical needs. The program includes an ADA-accessible unit, and is specially equipped to support individuals with psychiatric polydipsia. Each resident has private bedroom. Fairview Firs is a beautiful older home located in a grove of old growth timber on a large lot filled with lush landscaping. Residents are screened for admission by the referring entity, Multnomah County, and program staff to ensure appropriate placement. ColumbiaCare Services is a qualifying employer for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) Program. What You'll Need Must be eligible for Qualified Mental Health Associate (QMHA) registration. Eligibility requires 1 out of 3 Criteria below: Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Science: Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, Human Development, or related field; OR minimum three (3) years of verifiable behavioral health experience working with individuals with behavioral health needs in a supervised setting; OR equivalent combination of behavioral science education in addition to satisfactory supplemental behavioral health experience and training MUST have prior work experience as a Residential Administrator or have a proven history as an Assistant Administrator within ColumbiaCare Services. If not already registered as a QMHA through the Mental Health & Addiction Certification Board of Oregon (MHACBO), we will assist you in registering within 30 days of hire. Vocational Training Program: Employees in the optional Vocational Training Program will have additional training expectations to meet the requirements for QMHA testing.
