RN House Supervisor Skilled Nursing/LTC Location: Hanover, PA 17331 Contract: 6 Weeks (Short-term Coverage) Shift: Nights (11:00 PM 7:00 AM) Start Date: Immediate / April 2026 The Opportunity We are seeking a high-level RN House Supervisor to oversee clinical operations and staff for a 150-bed skilled nursing and retirement community. You will act as the "Manager on Duty," ensuring resident safety, quality of care, and seamless communication between families and physicians during the night shift. What You ll Do Clinical Leadership: Supervise all nursing personnel and ensure proper staffing levels for the shift. Resident Advocacy: Act as the liaison between residents, families, and physicians; evaluate health changes and coordinate follow-up care. Documentation: Review clinical records for accuracy in MatrixCare/Meditech and update care plans as needed. Emergency Response: Implement emergency protocols as necessary and manage any resident or family concerns decisively. Requirements Experience: 2 4 years of supervisory experience (Geriatric/LTC environment preferred). EMR Proficiency: Must have experience with MatrixCare (Meditech also utilized). Licensure: Active Pennsylvania RN License is required (Must be currently active). Physical: Ability to stand/walk for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs. Skills: Strong conflict resolution, delegation, and emergency decision-making abilities. Schedule Details Hours: 8-hour night shifts (11p 7a). Contract: 6-week assignment with holiday coverage required.

Travel RN Flex Pool (Med-Surg/Stepdown) Location: Hilo, HI 96720 Contract: 13 Weeks 36 Hours/Week Shift: Days (06 15) Compensation: $50.00/hr (W2 Base) The hourly rate for this position is $50.00/hr. This role is ideal for adaptable nurses who enjoy variety in their practice. You will float between Medical, Surgical, and Stepdown units within a premier regional healthcare system. What You ll Do Dynamic Floating: Support diverse units including Medical, Surgical, and occasionally Cardiovascular. Patient Care: Manage standard ratios (1:6 for Med-Surg; 1:4 for Cardiovascular). Technology: Utilize Meditech EMR, Pyxis, and manage clinical equipment like wound vacs and chest tubes. Requirements Experience: 2 10 years of nursing experience. Licensure: Active Hawaii State RN License required by start date (06/01/2026). (Must apply upon acceptance if not currently held). Certifications: BLS and ACLS required (PALS, TNCC, or ENPC preferred). Compliance: Documented proof of immunity is required (no exemptions). Arrival: Must be available to arrive the Thursday prior to the start date for mandatory health appointments. Schedule & Pay Details W2 Hourly Rate: $50.00/hr.
