Diagnose and repair electrical controls including relays, contactors, motor starters, overloads, interlocks, safety circuits, and control transformers. Perform control panel wiring and field terminations (24 VDC control, 120/480 VAC power, grounding/bonding, signal wiring, shielded cable practices); read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and P&IDs. Install and integrate instrumentation (pressure, temperature, vibration, flow, differential pressure transmitters, proximity sensors, limit switches) and calibrate as required.
