Works in collaboration with Executive Assistant on daily operations, hospital initiatives and special projects. Maintains stock of materials and reorders as needed. Completes daily reports through Excel. Schedules therapists to conduct patient therapies. Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications Proficiency with Word, Outlook, Excel and Zoom programs required. Previous experience in an administrative role required (healthcare a plus). Associate's Degree or additional coursework/related certificates preferred. We are currently seeking a Receptionist to join our team. Responsibilities: Position Summary Responsible for screening all incoming visitors and directing them to the appropriate location providing excellent customer service and maintaining the security of the facility. Assists with requests made by visitors. Manages the Housekeeping and Security Departments to ensure safe operating conditions in compliance with all state, federal and accrediting agencies at assigned campus. Utilizes effective planning, organizing, directing, coordinating and control mechanisms. The Director of Plant Operations ensures that efficient and effective services are provided while complying with the hospital objectives. Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications Minimum of three (3) years of supervisory experience in provision of maintenance, environmental services, and related services in a hospital environment required. Current and valid state Driver's License required. Knowledge of The Joint Commission regulations and standards required. Experience with HCAI (OSHPD) preferred. College Degree related to building construction and maintenance preferred.
