The ideal candidate possesses 3-5 years' plumbing experience, integrity, the ability to build and maintain relationships, and the ability to effectively offer the best solutions for our customers' plumbing Join our team and receive a $5,000 sign on bonus for qualifying candidates DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Perform Repipes and Redrains to homes using all types of materials and techniques • Installation of Water Heaters, Tankless Water Heaters, Water Softeners, Fixtures and Toilets. • Repair and maintain pipes, valves, drainage systems, and fixtures in residential structures • Inspect and test plumbing systems for safety, code compliance and functionality • Troubleshoot and resolve problems • Prepare cost estimates • Collect payment for services rendered when required • Follow through on job problems and communicate issues with Dispatch • Keep abreast of all company sales promotions and pricing • Attend training classes and seminars to maintain expertise in the field • On call rotations Required Qualifications: • 3-5 years' plumbing experience • Ability to work independently and self-manage • Able to adapt to new roles and responsibilities • General sales skills and aptitude • Excellent communication skills • Proficient with technology PHYSICAL DEMANDS/WORKING CONDITIONS: Work will be performed in both indoor and outdoor settings, in various weather conditions, including temperatures above 100 degrees, snow, and other inclement weather; from heights, on ladders, in small spaces, and on rooftops. Frequent standing, squatting, and sitting for extended periods of time is required.
