Commercial Lines Account Manager Location: Redlands, CA Job Type: Full-Time Direct Hire Schedule: MondayFriday: 8:30A -4:30 P Pay Range: $65,000$85,000 annually + bonus opportunities Job Overview Independent insurance agency serving Southern California businesses is seeking an experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join their growing team in Redlands, CA. This role is ideal for a client-focused insurance professional who enjoys managing and servicing a commercial book of business, building strong client relationships, and supporting producers in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. What Youll Do Serve as the primary point of contact for commercial insurance clients Manage renewals, endorsements, policy changes, and day-to-day servicing Prepare and execute marketing strategies for new and renewal business Conduct client insurance reviews alongside Commercial Producers Analyze policies, identify coverage gaps, and recommend solutions Support clients through the claims process Maintain accurate documentation related to policies, billing, endorsements, and claims Partner with producers, accounting, and internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery Requirements Active Property & Casualty Broker/Agent license required Minimum 3 years of agent-side commercial lines experience Strong understanding of commercial underwriting, products, and coverages Prior experience as an Account Manager, CSR, or Sales Support preferred Experience with Vertafore AMS360 is a plus Associates degree or higher preferred, or equivalent experience Benefits Competitive base salary plus bonus opportunities Health, dental, and vision insurance Life and disability insurance Paid time off Retirement plan and profit sharing Continuing education and licensing reimbursement Hands-on training and career growth opportunities Evenings off and consistent MondayFriday schedule PandoLogic.
