The Career Services, Quality Assurance Manager plays a pivotal role under the direct supervision of the Executive Director, Career Services, focusing chiefly on ensuring that employment verifications across all campuses are meticulously completed, validated, and audited in Salesforce weekly. This role is crucial in managing and upholding the organization's compliance with federal, state, and various regulatory standards in alignment with the organization's mission and objectives.
