Boutique real estate development / investment company seeking experienced Denver-based multifamily development manager. Candidate must have multiple years experience managing the real estate development process from acquisition to disposition including due diligence, entitlements, financial modeling, design/programming, and asset management (please do not apply unless you have this experience). Denver development experience also required. Seeking self-starters with strong character, people skills and business acumen. MBA or Masters in Real Estate preferred.
