Administrative Receptionist Details: Temp-to-Hire position $20.00 /hour Full Time work available First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm) Welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner Scheduling Answer phones and take messages Copy and scan documents as needed Keeping the reception area tidy and observing professional etiquette Performing other administrative tasks when needed with special projects Running errands as needed with own personal vehicle Administrative Receptionist Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years office with high level customer service experience is required Professional communication skills verbally, in person and via emailing Proficient working in Word, Excel and Outlook Valid drivers' license with good driving record in last 5 years Reliable vehicle with full coverage insurance to use to run errands occasionally Applicant may be subject to a background check Applicant may be subject to a Motor Vehicle Report Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
