When all orders are accounted for the Receiving and Stocking Clerk will support other parts of the operation including stocking our store, Front of the House Operations and the dish room all while following Health Department Guidelines. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Receiving Receives and checks incoming stock for accuracy of amount and quality using vendors' invoice and departmental receiving order Follows receiving procedures to ensure food safety guidelines are being adhered to. For example - temperature, packaging, date range etc. When necessary, assists in loading and unloading of all trucks.
