This position is for a Counterintelligence and HUMINT Specialist Team Lead who will serve as a team lead in support in of administrative and intelligence tasks for a Combatant Command (CCMD), J2. Serves as the Counterintelligence and HUMINT Specialist team lead on a large, Joint Intelligence Operations Center program in support of the USCENTCOM Area of Operations. Contributes to the planning, execution, and management of CI/HUMINT activities in the CENTCOM AOR, ensuring effective threat detection and mitigation for US and Coalition forces. Manages CI/HUMINT targeting efforts, focused on identifying and prioritizing foreign intelligence threats. Utilizes Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) collection methodologies to supplement CI/HUMINT efforts. Analyzes CI/HUMINT requirements and supports the develop of comprehensive collection plans to address critical intelligence gaps. Ensures the legitimacy and accuracy of information obtained from sources through thorough vetting procedures. Supports CI support to operational missions and force protection initiatives, safeguarding US and Coalition personnel and assets. Leverages data visualization tools for tracking foreign intelligence presence throughout the USCENTCOM AOR Manages Production Reviews (PR) supporting Asset Validation (AV) panels Engages in routine communication with the customer on both mission and administrative deliverables. Identifies and implements corrective action plans, timely identification of issues and effective management of contractors assigned to the CI/HUMINT Division. Engages in technical, administrative supervision and guidance for all contractor personnel assigned to the CI/HUMINT Division.
