Overview Are you looking to be part of a great Maintenance Team? Otterbein is adding a Full-Time Maintenance Technician I I to our team - 32 hours per week! Responsibilities Performs a variety of general maintenance tasks, including general repairs, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, etc. Assists with moving of residents' furnishings as needed. Paints residents' living quarters as needed. Assists with the on-going preventative maintenance program of cleaning, repairing and operating equipment, which minimizes abnormal equipment failure.
