YOUR NEW ROLE As an integral contributor to our team, you will report to the Director of Administration as you keep our Chicago office's operations well-organized and operating efficiently. YOU WILL Support partner including submitting Partner receipts to Accounting Provide quality control for new project setup Maintain the archives database and project archive processes Assist in scheduling software and other training in conjunction with team leaders Handle as needed office tasks including lunch and learn setups, scheduling maintenance services Management and maintenance of all office equipment Work with building manager and team for any office-related concerns Order office supplies and snacks Assist co-workers with shipping of documents Maintain admin storage including cloud storage Deliver mail and shipments Assist your co-workers in general office operations as required WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE POSITION- An Associates degree and applicable administrative/office experience Good time-management skills including meeting deadlines Amazing technical computer skills including proficiency with MS Office Suite Proficient with online and cloud-based workflows Strong organizational skills Detail-oriented approach Enthusiastic and professional approach Ability to work well with people in small and large teams Ability to lift boxes up to 25 pounds This is a part-time position (20-25 hours per week). Compensation will be commensurate with your experience and abilities.
