Job description Hybrid: 4 days/week in Torrance, CA Honda is seeking a highly experienced Program Manager to assess, redesign, and operationalize its digital marketing and model launch process for major vehicle and campaign launches. This role requires a strategic operator who can quickly evaluate current-state workflows, identify gaps, and build a more scalable, effective future-state process for how digital marketing campaigns and model launches are planned, coordinated, and executed. This is a transformation and execution role for someone who can both architect a better operating model and lead that model in practice. Honda needs someone who can step in, understand the complexity of cross-functional launch coordination, and create a stronger system for digital campaign readiness, launch governance, stakeholder alignment, and execution. What You'll Do Assess Honda's current model launch, campaign launch, and digital marketing operational processes Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, governance gaps, and execution risks Redesign and implement an improved end-to-end launch framework for digital marketing and campaign execution Build scalable processes for launch planning, timelines, stakeholder coordination, approvals, and execution readiness Lead cross-functional coordination across marketing, creative, product, digital, agency, and leadership teams Drive operational rigor across launch calendars, milestones, dependencies, and launch execution Establish best practices, reporting frameworks, and launch governance models Run the evolved process post-implementation to ensure adoption and performance Required Qualifications Deep program management experience leading large-scale marketing, digital transformation, or operational redesign initiatives Proven success assessing current-state processes and evolving organizations to more effective future-state models Experience leading complex, cross-functional campaign or product launch operations Strong executive presence with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive organizational change Experience building and implementing scalable operational frameworks Ability to balance strategic design with day-to-day execution leadership Nice to Have Automotive marketing, OEM, or vehicle launch experience Global or enterprise brand launch experience Agency + in-house coordination experience PMO, digital operations, or campaign governance leadership
