Operates complicated laboratory analyzers to provide critical data for use in the treatment and diagnosis of disease. Involved with instrument validation, correlations, new procedures, and special projects. Performs Laboratory procedures, some requiring advance knowledge and skills. Operates lab instrumentation to provide clinical data for use in treatment and diagnosis of disease. Makes independent judgment decisions in the reporting of normal and abnormal results. Sets up new Quality Control (QC) lots and reviews quality control routinely. Assists with competencies. Qualifications: Required Education: Bachelor's degree.
