Mentor and coach other technicians. Maintain inventory and documentation of parts and repairs. Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours and weekend emergencies. Attend training sessions and maintain certifications. Qualifications High school diploma or GED. Valid drivers license with a clean driving record. Skills & Competencies Proven experience in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general property maintenance. Strong critical thinking skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency with diagnostic tools, power tools, and maintenance software.
