Varies Specialty: CRNA Start Date: 08/10/2026 Contract Length: Ongoing Shift Details: 12hr shifts, 3 weekend shifts per month are required. Start times will vary between 6:30a, 9:30a or 11:30a. Locusm rarely work 11:30 shift. Schedule: Locums send availability and UCI books. Weekend shifts are hard requirement. 3 per month if working full time, 2 per month is working per diem. Support staff: Anesthesiologist supervising up to 3 CRNAs. We are a training site for Residents. Anesthesiology will supervise up to 3 CRNA's at one time Department description: This facility has a Medical Direction model with Faculty. Trauma level 1 facility with very high acuity, co-morbidity and overall sick patients. Providers must be able to see high acuity patients and know that majority of their day will be seeing very sick patients. EMR: EPIC Skills required: General cases for ortho, gyn, gen surg, No OB, peds or hearts. Must have extensive trauma level 2 experience in order to present. Compensation: $230 per hourly Job Overview: Job ID #: Specialty: CRNA Contract Length: Facility prefers 6 months to 1 year contracts. Need is for continuous coverage. Shift Details: 40-hours of scheduled work per week. All shifts listed are required, please only submit candidates who are willing to work the below: It will vary week to week as to the hours each day, but it moves between 8's, 10's, and 12's. They also need coverage for 24 hr + 16 hr shift per week. Facility only looking at full time locums. No block scheduling Call: Call is required, 1 weekend call shift per month and 2 weeknight call shifts per month. Schedule: Locums will receive their schedule for 6-weeks at a time. Work Details: Amount of coverage needed per month: continuous full-time coverage, 40 hours per week Patient population/age: Adolescent, Child, Adult, Geriatric. 90%+ of the patients are over the age of 12. Department description: # of operating rooms: 17 MOR, 7 DSC, plus specials, cath labs, endo, radiology. They are to perform supervision-based anesthesia here. EMR: EPIC Hospital bed size: 378 Skills required: Gyn, general surgery, ortho, spine, crani, plastics, lungs, healthy peds, eye, GI, structural hearts, EP, Endo, Interventional radiology, MRI. No burns, transplants, open heart, sick peds or OB. Must be comfortable with Level II Trauma cases. CRNAs will not perform their own Regional Anesthesia/Blocks, but do perform Spinal Blocks. Occasionally they will have the chance to do arterial lines, (not a requirement) no locums will do epidurals or central lines Practice Setting: •Hospital Requirements: Board Certification: BC required License required: Open to licensing. DEA: yes CSR: yes Minimum experience required: 1 year (will consider 6 months, but this is the minimum) Credentialing Timeframe: about 30-45 days if licensed. If non-licensed/pending license, can take up to 90-120 days. Supervision Model: The supervision model is max of 4:1 ratio.
