Manage multiple funding sources including grants, contracts, federal funds, development funds, and facility-generated revenue. Review and authorize fiscal transactions, journal entries, and procurement requests. Collaborate with college and university administrative staff; attend meetings and serve on committees. May supervise support staff. Perform other duties as assigned. Minimum Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. At least 6 years of relevant experience in business or fiscal administration. Strong knowledge of fund accounting and financial reporting. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (including pivot tables and complex spreadsheets). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a strong customer service orientation. Desired Qualifications 8-12 years of relevant experience preferred. Experience with university fiscal policies, procurement, and travel procedures. Familiarity with grant and project management. Supervisory experience.
