Possesses a high level of skills and is qualified to direct others, lead projects, perform the most complex troubleshooting and repair tasks. May oversee contractors. Supports day-to-day safety activities and collaborates with site leaders to build safety culture by recommending changes to work conditions and procedures to improve the work environment and comply with all health, safety, PSM, and DOT regulations.
