Job Summary Schedule: Emergency Department. Part-Time 24 hours Evening rotation- (2) 12 hour shifts - 11:00 am - 11:30 pm. Every other weekend and holiday rotation required. The Unit Service Technician provides a broad range of care and services to Patients, including but not to limited to EKG, phlebotomy, equipment cleaning, and stocking of rooms under the supervision of a licensed nurse. Performs a wide range of secretarial duties, including but not limited to organizing paper work, answering the phone, paging, and receiving of Emergency Department patients into the medi-tech computer system. Provides safe accurate transportation of patients throughout the hospital. Performs 1:1 sitting when necessary.
