Job Description Job Description Elite Procurement & Supply LLC is seeking a reliable and professional Independent Delivery Subcontractor for a USPS Contract Delivery Service (CDS) route in Kitty Hawk, North Carolina . Compensation: $220 per service day Expected Start Date: October 16, 2026 Schedule: Monday through Saturday, excluding Sundays and applicable holidays, approximately 7:30 AM - 3:15 PM . Vehicle Requirement: The subcontractor must provide their own dependable vehicle with a minimum of 120 cubic feet of usable cargo/load space . The vehicle must be appropriate for the secure transportation of USPS mail and packages. Fuel: Elite Procurement & Supply LLC will cover fuel expenses associated with performing the assigned USPS route. The subcontractor will be responsible for providing and maintaining their own qualifying vehicle, including routine maintenance and repairs. Responsibilities: Sort and case mail in delivery sequence, load mail and packages, transport and deliver all assigned mail and packages, collect outgoing mail, use required USPS scanning equipment, follow the assigned USPS route and schedule, and comply with applicable USPS operational, safety and security requirements. Requirements: Must have a valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, at least 2 years of driving experience , a reliable qualifying vehicle, ability to work independently, and consistent availability for the entire route schedule. The selected individual must complete required USPS documentation, driving-record verification and background screening before performing contract services. USPS requires a current driving record for personnel with driving responsibilities. Previous USPS, mail delivery, courier, route-driving, package delivery or logistics experience is preferred.
