Promote, enforce, and model safe work practices to prevent accidents and injuries. Conduct jobsite safety meetings and ensure compliance with company safety policies. Perform other duties as assigned to support operational excellence. Qualifications High school diploma, GED, or equivalent. Minimum of five (5) years of experience as a Journeyman Electrician. Minimum of two (2) years of supervisory or crew leadership experience. Valid Journeyman Electrician License. Strong understanding of commercial and industrial electrical systems. Ability to travel to assigned job sites. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Preferred Qualifications Completion of a recognized electrical apprenticeship program.
