Shift : Sunday through Thursday 2PM - 10PM Payrate : $19.09 / HR based on experience SUMMARY Ensure yard accuracy to maximize warehouse productivity by performing inbound and outbound gate verification activities for truck and automobile traffic into the facility's premises. Operate the Sysco Warehouse Management System (SWMS) and Transportation Management System (TMS) accordingly to support the gate verification activities. Direct all inbound and outbound carriers/drivers and visitors to the proper location at the facility. Perform all duties safely, accurately and meet set productivity goals and expectations. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to the following: Inspect inbound and outbound trailers for significant/noticeable damage, as well as any damage which may be relevant to food safety compliance such as dents, holes, cracked or broken door hinges, etc., seal integrity and reefer unit status (temperature and fuel level). Follow Preferred Work Methods (PWMs) for immediately reporting of any damages, seal discrepancies, low reefer fuel situations and temperature discrepancies.
