Bilingual Lead Clinician

Description: Under general supervision, we are seeking an experienced and compassionate Bilingual Lead Clinician to provide oversight, supervision, and direct care within our behavioral health program. This role is responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality, trauma-informed, and culturally competent clinical services to children, adolescents, and families in our care. Bilingual Spanish is required. The Lead Clinician provides both direct therapeutic services and clinical supervision to a team of mental health professionals, ensuring compliance with all applicable standards and licensing requirements. Duties and Responsibilities Provide individual, group, and family therapy services in accordance with clinical best practices and client treatment plans. Lead clinical team meetings and case conferences; ensure continuity and quality of care across all cases. Review and approve clinical documentation, treatment plans, and assessments to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance.
