Conducts salon appointment reminder calls, maintains client records and consults with pet parents on services offered. Performs check-in and check-out procedures for grooming appointments, including applicable paperwork and rebooking. For Towing positions - must be able to obtain Virginia Towing License Possess and maintain a valid driver's license for the state where you reside; and maintain all state and local licensing requirements. Ability to pass a physical examination as required by Department of Transportation and/or Company policy. 3 years of experience in an automotive/mechanical environment, or technical school or a minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales and/or customer service role is preferred. Lift and carry equipment weighing up to 75 pounds; bend, kneel and balance to change tires, inspect and to push vehicles; and use hand tools to provide service. Satisfactory pre-and post-employment screening results, including criminal, drug and motor vehicle screening. Operate passenger vehicles and light-medium duty trucks (both manual and automatic transmissions) while primarily working from a service vehicle. Communicate effectively in writing, verbally, via email and using assigned technology such as GPS (Global Positioning Systems).
