Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements. Physical requirements While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to move about to accomplish tasks or move from one worksite to another The employee is frequently required to ascend and descend ladders, stairs, ramps, step stools, etc., move self in different positions to accomplish tasks in various environments, including tight and confined spaces, traverse flat and uneven terrain, work in an overhead position and/or reaching, adjust or move objects of 100+ lbs. in all directions, lifting and placing objects of 100+ lbs., communicate with others to exchange information, repeat motions that may include wrists, hands and/or fingers, operate machinery and power tools, operate motor vehicles and/or golf carts, assess the accuracy, neatness, and thoroughness of the work assigned, identify and inspect objects and areas, exposed to outdoor weather elements (wind, precipitation) including low and high temperatures and exposed to hazardous chemicals, and able to work overtime, weekends, night hours (on-call property emergencies). The employee occasionally remains in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods. License/equipment Must have reliable transportation due to the emergency on-call requirement.
