Position Summary The Production Supervisor is primarily responsible for overseeing the Production Leads to ensure the timely completion of production efficiency, quality, assembly, testing, repair, and overhaul of customer owned products. About You: Qualifications The Project Manager preferably have a B.S. in an accredited Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, Construction Management, related field and/or equal experience. ( ) 5-years or more experience with a proven construction related background and 3-years or more of self-perform construction experience. Experience in utility scale solar projects is required. ( ) LEED AP is recommended. Cal OSHA 30-hour Construction training certification is required. ( ) Can be a combination of trade, education, and relevant work experience. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Proficiency in MS Office Suite (including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio). Database experience is a plus. Experience with Primavera 6 and Microsoft Project scheduling software. Demonstrated experience in Construction Management and leadership. Proactive attitude and initiative. Excellent reasoning skills. Ability to take ownership and accountability. Ability to work in a team environment and display leadership skills. Positive attitude and customer focus. Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing job requirements. Strong leadership abilities and interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills (tact, diplomacy, influence, etc.), both written and verbal. Thorough understanding of corporate and solar industry practices, processes, standards, and their impact on project activities. Extensive travel required, will be on site during construction phase. Physical Demands Frequently works outdoors on uneven surfaces. May be required to sit or stand for long periods of time. May be required to stoop, bend, and crouch. Work Environment Required to work on site as much as needed. May work in varying weather conditions: hot, cold, and wet conditions. Frequently works in areas with large industrial equipment subject to high noise levels. May occasionally work in areas with hazardous chemicals. What We Offer: Compensation & Benefits Salary $130,000-$175,000/ year Commensurate with experience, paid weekly. Posted salary ranges are made in good faith.
