Batching Technician FULL-TIME $18/hr Starting hourly wage is between $15.50 and $18.00/hour depending on experience. Responsible for complying with food safety, food security, Quality, GMP's, HAACP, Allergen, and Sensitizers as well as other regulations as required. Will be certified in the operations of all blending equipment in his or her area of responsibility. Department: Subdivision and Development Professional Surveyor & Mapper (PSM) with responsibility for technical performance on small projects or designated tasks on large projects. Work requires application of standard surveying techniques and procedures, professional judgment to make modifications or execute complex features or solutions. Requirements · 10+ years of Experience in land surveying on Site/Land Development of Residential and Commercial projects · Experience running an office or managing of at least 3 survey crews · Professional Surveyor and Mapper license in the state of Florida (Candidates with multiple states license are preferred) · Proficient in Civil3d (min 3 years experience) · Must be local to the Jacksonville, Florida area or willing to relocate · Proven experience providing excellent customer service and meeting project schedules. · Excellent written and verbal communication skills. · Skill in planning, organizing, and managing multiple work assignments concurrently · Familiar with engineering design and construction practices. · Offer constructive feedback and direction to support project goals. · Proficient with field equipment and standard field procedures Essential Duties and Responsibilities · Perform survey/geomatics calculations and analysis of survey data for preparing survey maps, plats, and topographic surveys · Effective coordination and communication with other team members. · Guides, mentors, and directs survey analysts and technicians in the completion of their assignments. · Prepare project estimates and schedules. · Review field notes, daily records and data/results received from survey staff · Compile and research existing data for projects as needed to efficiently complete survey requirements. · Prepare project estimates and schedules. · Analyze deeds, title reports and other research materials for the production of survey maps and reports. · Write and review legal descriptions. · Complete assignments in a timely and efficient manner. · Make surveying decisions and document same in survey reports. · Prepare or direct preparation of client deliverables. · Ensure QC process has been completed prior to survey products. · Review field notes, daily records and data/results received from survey staff · Conduct on-site investigation · Aid in Mapping using Civil3d 2020 as required
