Route Sales Representatives are critical to our success at FritoLay! Our Route Sales Representatives are responsible for delivering, selling, and merchandising FritoLay's complete line of products including Lay's, Doritos, Cheetos, Tostitos, Fritos, and many more to local stores including gas stations, dollar stores, and large grocery stores. As a Route Sales Representative, you drive a FritoLay truck to different stores, work independently to unload orders, merchandise product, and partner with store managers to increase sales, order, and maintain records throughout the day. Although you will start out as a Route Sales Representative for FritoLay, we are investing in helping you grow with us. This job can open the door to career opportunities with us or our parent company, PepsiCo. In this role, here are some of the frequent tasks you will be doing: Learn the basics of the role in four to six weeks of dedicated driving and selling training with our amazing team members Run routes for team members', experience different stores, and meet new customers Grow sales on the route by building relationships, selling in displays, and completing national initiatives Attain a route with set days off/schedule with time Work in a fun, fast paced, and physical environment We operate 24 hours a day, so you may not have a typical schedule! Team members often work weekends and holidays. Our jobs are physical! If you have never worked in this type of role before, you should understand that you will be on your feet for the entirety of your shift. Here are the minimum qualifications of this job: Be 21 years of age or older Have a valid driver's license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation As a full-time team member, you will be eligible to receive full company benefits.
