The Caldwell CBOC also has specialty services including eye care, physical therapy, simple wound, dermatology and joint injections. The Primary Care Medical Director is the direct supervisor of the providers in the clinic and as such has responsibility for approving schedules, leave, performing annual evaluations, OPPEs, and FPPEs as necessary. Medical Directors work collaboratively with clinic leaders other than their own to promote best practices and to cover work duties when needed.
