This role reports to the Property Manager and Assistant Property Manager and works closely with the on-site porter. The position is approximately 80% maintenance and 20% porter/grounds duties, covering general maintenance requests such as electrical and plumbing repairs, unclogging sinks and toilets, light carpentry, and appliance troubleshooting.
