Extrusion Machine Operator Day Shift: 5:00am - 3:30pm Monday-Thursday Swing Shift: 3:15pm - 1:45am Monday-Thursday Overtime may be required KEITH Walking Floor Systems provide horizontal loading/unloading solutions for bulk materials, pallets, bales and rolls. The company's state of the art production facility in Madras, Oregon operates using Lean Manufacturing practices. We are seeking high performance team members with a commitment to quality work with a positive attitude. Responsibilities include setting up and operating machines. Read and follow specified layouts, procedures, and operating charts. Record process settings and part dimensions. Make minor adjustments to machine controls. Check completed parts to meet quality control standards. Perform machine maintenance. Operate forklift, crane or other related machinery. Maintain 6S in area. Communicate with team leaders regarding setup, controls, and operating sequences. Minimum Qualifications: Minimum of 18 years of age. Pass employer performance tests. Proficient in reading a tape measure, pressure gauge, level, square and calipers. Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment focusing on quality and attention to detail. Physical requirements include ability to sit or stand for 8 to 10 hours at a time. Lift 25 lbs. repetitively and up to 80 lbs. occasionally. Production facility exposed to continual machine noise. Description To plan, organize, set goals and priorities, and direct the operations of the Slope Maintenance Department. Responsible for identifying, recording and monitoring key performance indicators for the department. Directs, trains, records and monitors operators in maintenance, grooming and on hill operations to insure the highest quality of grooming. Ability to plan, organize and direct summer construction projects. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a high attention to detail, goal setting abilities, and a drive to always improve. Requirements · High School graduate or equivalent. · Must have 5+ years of snow cat experience. Experience must include working in fast-paced environment, expertise in grooming large volume of snow on steep, variable terrain. · 3 years' management experience required. · Must be willing to work flexible hours, including day, swing, and grave shifts. · Knowledge and experience in heavy equipment operations. · Construction experience is a plus. · Ability to obtain a Commercial class A license. · Willing to assist in set-up ad clean-up of special events as requested. · Knowledge of snowmaking operations. · Basic understanding of weather forecasting and reporting. · Ability to make operational decisions. · Ability to operate winch cats, prepare and finish ramps and construct specialized terrain for Sports School, Race Department and Terrain Parks.
