Follow Good Manufacturing Procedures (GMP), perform tasks per the Master Sanitation Schedule (MSS), and follow general housekeeping guidelines and rules for Food Safety Regulations. Keep the area updated with 5S. Complete Forklift Driving Training and renew Training License per schedule. Proficient in SAP transactions for Material Receipts and Inventory Management, Cycle Counts per CARM requirements and complete and file Batch Sheets per CARM requirements. Report Coji s (SAP discrepancies) to Team Lead. Develop collaboration and a positive can-do attitude with Team Leads and peers. Follow Spill/Incident reporting protocols. Be proficient in Communicating and Maintaining Tank Inventory Board. Take samples to lab for quality checks. Be proficient in CIP Blend Manifolds, Tanks, Transfer Lines and other hose connections. Be proficient in setting up Filtration Skids for ambient or Chill Filtration set up. Support the development of operational procedures and best practices to enhance line performance. Other duties as assigned by management to ensure efficient operations. Work Environment & Physical Requirements Indoor and outdoor work environments, subject to extreme temperatures, wet/slippery conditions, and loud noise. Regularly exposed to moving machinery and vehicles; must be always aware of surroundings. Regularly lift, push, and pull weights up to 50lbs, with occasional lifting of up to 75lbs. Must be able to stand, walk, climb, and bend for extended periods. Must be able to perform repetitive tasks and maintain physical stamina throughout shifts. Ability to climb stairs and work at heights on rail cars and tank trucks. Skills and Qualifications 2 years prior experience working in a production manufacturing facility Mechanically inclined with the ability to learn and operate manufacturing equipment. Good computer skills, Microsoft Office, Hartford, and SAP. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Knowledge of basic arithmetic.
