Planning, organizing, and directing a team of professional staff responsible for administering the Department of Public Safety and Correctional Services employee relations programs. Conducting investigative inquiries, conducting interviews, and preparing case findings. Coordinating settlement conferences. Litigating cases in administrative or judicial proceedings.
