Job Summary: To be responsible for implementation and supervision of administrative policies and administratively supervising the provision of all services. Job Qualifications Education: Graduate of an accredited college/university is preferred, with experience/education in the healthcare field. May be a licensed Physician, RN, licensed Social Worker or licensed therapist, or a licensed Nursing Home Administrator, with at least one year of management or supervisory experience in a health related setting, such as stated under Experience; or Experience: Have at least a high school diploma or a general equivalency degree (GED) with at least two years of management or supervisory experience a health related setting, such as a home and community support services agency, hospital, nursing facility, hospice, outpatient rehabilitation center, psychiatric facility, intermediate care facility for persons with mental retardation or related conditions, or a licensed health care delivery setting providing services for individuals with functional disabilities. Skills: Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all segments of the staff, the lay and professional public, the Board of Directors, Advisory Board, and Medical Director. Shall be able to read, write and comprehend English. Comply with required training for Administration of Agencies under Texas Administrative Code, Chapter 97 Environmental and Working Conditions Works in an office environment, promoting efficient functioning and coordination of all agency activities to ensure the highest level of professional patient care. Essential Functions * Provides counsel to the Board of Directors/Licensee regarding needs of the community, personnel needs, financial needs, professional practices, and health planning. * Assures documentation of services provided is accurate and timely. Implements effective budgeting and accounting systems that promotes the health and safety of the patients and oversees all agency fiscal affairs. * Develops and maintains sound administrative policies and management activities including budget control, cost determination, fee setting and collection, and financial reports to the Board of Directors. * Employs and contracts, recruits, manages, and directs qualified personnel to carry out the policies and procedures of the agency. Ensures adequate staff education and evaluation. * Demonstrates an in-depth knowledge of, and ensures compliance with, all local, state and federal laws relating to all of the operations of the agency. My client is seeking a newly Licensed Land Surveyor with experience preparing Boundary Surveys, Topographic Surveys, ALTA Surveys, Plats of Subdivision, Plats of Easement, Construction As-builts and Writing Legal Descriptions. The ideal candidate will also be proficient using AutoCAD Civil 3d software. Having experience preparing DOT and State Toll Highway Authority Plat of Highways would be a plus. Knowledge of research and recording procedures at nearby County Recorder Offices would also be a plus. A valid driver's license is required. Having an active Land Surveyor In Training or an active Land Surveying License is required. Responsibilities: Measure and record precise distances/angles Utilize modern surveying equipment, manual recording, CAD programs and databases to collect and record data Research previous survey results, historical maps, and land records/title information Create maps and reports according to customer or project requirements Prepare property features using two-dimensional maps and three-dimensional computer renderings Communicate with engineers and construction personnel during land development projects as needed Requirements: Bachelors Degree in Surveying or Civil Engineering Professional Surveying License (PLS) in Pennsylvania and Ohio or a Surveyor in Training (SIT) Minimum of 4-5 years of Surveying experience Prefer candidates who have performed the following Surveys: Land Title, Topographic, Property/Boundary, As Built, Utility Line, and Construction Stakeout Working knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D and data transfer programs are a plus .
